Making A Purchase
By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Hillmount web site.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Shopping Cart" and then on “Checkout”, you can then create an account or sign in. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Should you have any difficulties using the shopping cart, the most common problem being multiple purchases of the same product showing in the cart. Look towards the top of the page, click view basket, you can then tick the box marked remove and then click the button "update" then just start your order again.
We accept Visa and MasterCard switch and Solo.
Terms and conditions of sales and purchases made in our online shop are regulated by the relevant laws laid down in the United Kingdom only.

The law does not allow prices to be fixed and, contrary to common belief, goods are not subject to price controls."

Delivery Schedule Hillmount believe delivery should be as quick as possible
We aim to deliver most items within 3-5 working days. However some products will state a longer delivery time, please view each product individually.
Delivery of larger and bulkier products
Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within the stated time, bulky items like garden furniture and large BBQs can require specialised delivery services. Please be aware of this at the time of ordering.
Out of stock items & delivery delays
If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund.
Busier Period orders and Deliveries disclaimer (April to August inc and November and December)
Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible.
All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.
ALL goods require a signature upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for. (A place of work or a neighbour maybe ) .
Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them, ONLY sign as, "received in good condition", if that is ACTUALLY the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage.
If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier (details should be on the card) to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a final card informing you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%. If necessary we can refund VAT please contact us for details
Credit Card Security
When the order is processed it will be encrypted using the latest Industry Standard Protocols and processed by PROTX Information on this can be found at https://www.protx.com/company/whoweare.asp . All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost less shipping charges agreed prior to pickup.
Privacy Policy
Hillmount Nursery Centre do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the Remember Me Option.
Returns Policy
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
FAULTY ITEMS
If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, the customer will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to pick up the item.. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel goods as any purchases that have left our shop will be subject to the returns charges listed below.
If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been despatched you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can opt to make arrangements for return yourself. If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £25 + vat collection fee. Once returned in original condition ready for re-sale we will issue a refund minus any relevant delivery costs. Returns should be sent to:

If you wish to exchange any items (i.e. change of size/product) you will be required contact us on 028 9044 8213 and return the item to us. Please return your exchange, to the following address:
