Whatever your level of culinary experience the BBQ Academy Chef’s are passionate about teaching people how to cook good food on a Weber BBQ. The Chef’s will teach you everything you need to know about different barbeque cooking techniques such as cooking directly or indirectly, grilling, roasting, and baking, so you can get the most out of your BBQ. You will have the opportunity to cook delicious food such as smoked salmon, lamb joints, and chocolate puddings! – Dishes you never thought possible on a barbeque!
